What is included in the Welbee Toolkit?

Welbee Toolkit is split into four sections, which have been designed to provide you with the best support as you take and follow-up your survey:

Foundations

  • An introduction to Welbee, staff wellbeing and the management standards approach that we follow.
  • A staff wellbeing policy, which you can download and adapt.
  • A strategy and planning template that takes you through the four cycles shown above.

Leadership Competencies and Behaviours

  • Develop an awareness of the 12 competencies and associated behaviours proven to prevent and reduce staff stress.
  • School leaders and line managers can use four questionnaires to self-assess their performance, each covering three of these competencies. Each provides a report used to show their strengths, focus areas and identify training opportunities.
